Our desserts have a shelf life of 7 days after you receive them in the mail. Once they arrive, they can be placed in the freezer for up to 1 month, for optimal freshness. Thaw fully before you enjoy! Please note: The rice krispies should be kept at room temperature, and are fresh up to 1 month.
We ship using USPS Priority Mail. This service takes 1-3 days to arrive to you Nationwide. depending on your distance from Lancaster, CA will determine arrival.
Absolutely! We highly recommend reheating our cookies, brownies and s'mores for about 8-15 seconds in the microwave in order to experience that perfect out of the oven warm Ubelicious-ness!

Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday and as needed on Saturday's. To avoid weekend delays we do not ship on Thursday, Friday or on holidays as the Post Office is closed. If shipping location is located in Southern California, shipping usually takes 1-2 days. When possible the order may be shipped on a Thursday. If you need an order for a special occasion or specific date please contact us so that we may ensure its correct delivery date (upgrade your shipping to 1-day express, by contacting us).
Once your package has been processed, you will receive and email with the tracking link. It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to appear in the USPS tracking system. Please be patient! On average our shipping typically takes 2-3 days from the day the package is processed but can take longer during instances of high volume with the carrier.
Shipping Guidelines: Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the United States, or a PO Box.
Ubelicious is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you notice that there is a mistake with your address and your package has already been sent contact USPS and attempt and address change, or request that the package be held for pick up as we can not change an address once the package has been sent.
Shipments that are returned due to incorrect shipping information will not be re-shipped, due to it being perishable. Re-shipment is available at regular price. Contact us and we can duplicate the order and confirm with you the shipping address information before re-shipment.
We are not responsible in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered. A signature may be required for delivery at the discretion of the driver, or the driver may hold a package at their discretion if there is no secure place to leave the package.
We cannot be responsible for theft or damage to packages left outdoors resulting from a delivery where no one is able to receive the package.
Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates, if we see that these delays may be possible we will contact you to change/discuss your order.
If your package says that it has been delivered but is not at your delivery address please contact USPS directly at: 1 (800) 275-8777 with your tracking number so that they may help you locate the package. We do not have any extra information on the whereabouts of your package.

Ubelicious does not grant refunds, offer exchanges, and/or accept returns on any goods sold unless the issue for return, exchange, and/or refund is the result of an error in our manufacturing, packaging, or handling of the goods.
We are not responsible for delays caused by one of our shipping partners due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, terrorism safety control, inaccurate shipping information, or mistakes on the part of our shipping partners' employees. Therefore, we are not able to offer refunds for those reasons. However, if you believe that our shipping provider has mishandled your package please let us know, and we will gladly file a claim with USPS on your behalf.
