HOW LONG WILL MY DESSERTS STAY FRESH AFTER I RECEIVE THEM?
Our desserts have a shelf life of 7 days after you receive them in the mail. Once they arrive, they can be placed in the freezer for up to 1 month, for optimal freshness. Thaw fully before you enjoy! Please note: The RICE KRISPIES should be kept at room temperature, and are fresh up to 1 month.

We ship using USPS Priority Mail. This service takes 1-3 days to arrive to you Nationwide. depending on your distance from Lancaster, CA will determine arrival. Feel free to check out our shipping policy, click here.
CAN I REHEAT MY UBELICIOUS DESSERTS?
Absolutely! We highly recommend reheating our cookies, brownies and s'mores for about 8-15 seconds in the microwave in order to experience that perfect out of the oven warm Ubelicious-ness!

HOW CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
We offer free local pick up from our Home-based bakery in Lancaster, CA - this option can be selected at checkout! We will email you when your order is ready to schedule a pick-up time (Please provide an email and phone number for pick-up orders, so we can reach you). Pick-up orders are typically ready within 3-6 business days, depending on what is ordered. All cake or specialty desserts need to be placed 1.5-2 weeks prior to pick-up date. Please contact us via email or text to confirm if we can accommodate your request prior to ordering.
